What we collect, why, and who we share it with. Short version: we pass your enquiry to a contractor and that is the point of it.
When you submit the quote form or call the number on this site, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, optional email address, the location of the property, the service you are asking about and whatever you write in the message field. The site also records standard web analytics such as pages viewed and referring source. We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identification numbers or health records.
The entire purpose of this service is to pass your enquiry to an independent mold remediation contractor working in your area, so that is what we do with it. By submitting the form or calling, you are asking us to share those details with a contractor so they can contact you about the work. We may also use your contact details to follow up on the enquiry ourselves.
We do not sell your information to lead brokers, and we do not distribute a single enquiry to a list of competing companies. Once a contractor has your details, their own privacy practices govern what they do with them.
This website uses third-party services for hosting, form delivery and web analytics. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Analytics and form services may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to service the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. If you want your details removed from our records, call (478) 999-7590 or email help@bibbcountymold.com and ask. Note that we cannot delete records held by a contractor you were referred to — you would need to ask them directly.
This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
